Official rules
The Marshmallow Man $100 Amazon gift card drawing
Halloween 2026. Plain English, and these are the actual terms.
No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win, and buying or selling anything will not improve your chance of winning. Taking a moon pie is not required to enter.
Who can enter
Legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Members of the household of Scott Sweeney and employees of M&M Real Estate are not eligible.
How to enter
Scan any of the giveaway QR codes, or go to www.sweeneysells.com/w/ad, and complete the form with your first name, last name, email address and home address. You then verify your email address with the six digit code sent to it. An entry is only counted once that code is verified.
One entry per person
Limit one entry per person, per verified email address, for the whole promotion. Entries close Saturday, November 7, 1:30 PM. Duplicate, automated or incomplete entries are void.
The prize
One $100 Amazon gift card. Approximate retail value $100. The prize is awarded as received, is not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at the sponsor's discretion if the prize becomes unavailable.
How the winner is chosen
One winner is selected at random from all verified entries, drawn in person and on camera at the open house at 9660 Flame Tokay Way, Elk Grove, on Saturday, November 7 between 11 AM to 2 PM. You do not need to be present to win.
Being notified
The winner is emailed at the address they verified, on the day of the drawing. If that email bounces or there is no reply within seven days, the prize is forfeited and another entry is drawn.
What we do with your details
Entering adds you to Scott Sweeney's monthly home value update emails, which is why the home address is asked for. You can stop those at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry. Details are not sold and are not given to anyone outside M&M Real Estate.
Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible verified entries received.
