I keep real office hours so you always know when I'm working, and I've built a team so you're never left waiting:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (lunch 12 to 1 PM)

The great news about my fee structure

I offer a flexible fee based on your budget and your goals, and there's nothing out of pocket to get started. Every level is paid from your sale proceeds at closing, only when your home sells. Pick the one that fits you best below and we'll finalize it together at your consultation.

A little extra savings

If I find and represent your buyer too, your buyer-side fee is just 2 percent, instead of the 2.5 percent to 3 percent an outside brokerage would typically charge. That means more of your equity stays with you.
