I am a Top 5% producing Realtor in the greater Sacramento area, a CSUS Business and Marketing graduate from 2006, a lifetime Masters Club member, and an AI business consultant and developer. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Sacramento, Elk Grove, and the surrounding counties. Real estate is in my family. The Sweeneys have been helping people buy and sell homes for more than 100 years, all the way back to my great grandfather, who was a real estate man in Ireland in the 1920s. That history means everything to me. It is where my belief in heritage, loyalty, and treating every client like family comes from, and it is the standard I hold myself to on every move I handle.

When I am not helping families move, you will find me with my wife Jennifer and our two pups, Winnie and Marshall, who serve proudly as chief morale officers.
