How much does it cost to work with you as a buyer?
In most cases the seller covers the commission. Your portion is typically half a percent to one percent plus a small transaction management fee at closing, and seller credits can often offset that. I walk you through all of it up front, with no surprises.
What does it cost to sell my home?
My fee is flexible and built around your budget and goals, from two percent to three and a half percent depending on the marketing you want. There is nothing out of pocket to start, and you pay from your proceeds at closing only when your home sells.
How accurate is the home value report?
It uses the same data appraisers rely on, so it is more accurate than the portals. It is free, takes a couple of minutes, and comes with zero obligation.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we start looking?
It helps a lot. Pre-approval tells us your budget and makes your offer stronger. I can connect you with one of my preferred mortgage brokers who has access to the best rates and loan programs available.
What areas do you serve?
I serve the greater Sacramento region, including Sacramento, Solano, Sutter, Yolo, Placer, El Dorado, and San Joaquin counties, with deep local knowledge in Elk Grove and the surrounding communities.
What if I have questions after hours?
